Happy 2026 everypony.
We've been meaning to update the site, mainly to make this page look a lot nicer, but also to tell you all about what we've been working on! We love archival & knowledge gathering, and as a mycanthrope, it was only natural we start working on an article for mycanthropy on Otherkin.wiki. While doing our research, we immediately noticed a severe lack of writing on the experiences of mycanthropes. So, we decided, why not do it ourselves?
There are a lot of us in our system (~30? Last we counted?), and each of our own concepts of identity differ, so as each of us has been fronting, we've been writing down our feelings & experiences with mycanthropy. It's been a fun little writing exercise, cuz a love for writing is something we all (for the most part) share, and we get to share our experiences with something not as frequently discussed in the alterhuman community. Being fungal is an important piece of us, and we're excited to talk about it!!
